FunCakes Isomaltoosi 250 g

The FunCakes Isomalt can be heated without losing its sweetness or change colour. Extremely suitable for melting and re forming. Sugar free sweetener. White and odourless. Not as sweet as sugar but can be blended with other sugar substitutes to make it sweeter. Content: 250 gram. Preparation: Melt in the microwave (approx. 700W in a heat resistant bowl) or in a pan up to 170°C. Stir the isomalt every 20-30 seconds until completely melted. Place the bowl / pan in a bowl with a small amount of cold water for approx. 10 seconds. The isomalt is now tempered and you can colour and process it as desired. ATTENTION!: The melted isomalt is very hot! Ingredients: isomalt (100%). This product is Halal certified.
