Would you like to colour your fondant, marzipan or buttercream? The Progel from Rainbow Dust is ideal for this job! Just a small amount of food colouring is necessary to give your creations a deep rich colour. The tubes, that last longer, are also suitable for colouring sponge cake, candy melts and more. Each gel is packed in a colour coordinated and clean-to-use plastic tube. The tubes contains a tamper evident seal under the screw top. Simply peel away and squeeze the gel out of the tube. No more messy containers making your tool box full of colour spots. How to use: add the gel to the fondant or marzipan and knead it until the colour blends. Knead it well till the desired colour. Now the coloured fondant or marzipan is ready to use on your cake! The maximum recommended dosage is 3 grams per kilo of ready made product. Ingredients: humectant: E422, water, colour: E133, E122, E155, modified starch (tapioca). E122: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. This product is: Kosher certified. The package contains the following languages: Dutch, German, French, Italian, Spanish and English (on tube). Packed in a blister pack. Maximum usable dose: 3 g/kg. Content: 25 gram.
