Product description
The LorAnn Super Strengt Flavors are concentrated flavors, also known as candy oils or candy flavors. These flavors contain no vegetable oils. The term candy oil refers to a type of flavor that is concentrated and undiluted. These flavors are 3 to 4 times stronger than flavors based on water and alcohol. When substituting these flavors for extracts, use ¼ to ½ teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract. These flavors don't diminish when exposed to high heat. These flavors are suitable for fondant and marzipan. Due to the high concentration the structure of the fondant and marzipan will not changes when these flavors are added. Also suitable for chocolate, candy, cake, cookies, brownies and more. For best results, we recommend the following guidelines for use: Wipe up spills quickly as prolonged contact with plastic and counter tops may cause damage. Do not use plastic measuring spoons and utensils. Avoid direct contact with skin when product is used full-strength. Some flavors such as cinnamon and almond are particularly potent. Ingredients: solvent: E1520, water, flavouring, ethanol, acidity regulator: E330, colour: E150. May contain traces of: egg, peanuts, soy, milk, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (E220-E228) at concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l, expressed as SO2. This product is: Kosher certified, gluten-free. This product is mostly soluble in water and can be used with chocolate. 1 bottle contains 3.7 ml (approx. 1 teaspoon)
