FunCakes Velvet Spray Red 100 ml

Easily give your cake a beautiful red velvet effect with the FunCakes velvet spray red! With this spray you can create a velvet effect on cakes, ice creams, mousses and more. For a beautiful velvet effect on cakes and more. Maximum usable dose: 2,5 g/kg. Kosher certified, Halal certified, suited for vegetarians, suited for vegans. Content: 100 ml. User instruction: Keep at room temperature 20-25°C 2 hours before use. Shake well and warm up the can in warm water between 25-35°C. Spray a homogeneous layer on a frozen surface from 20-25 cm distance. Let the sprayed surface rest for at least 4 hours before consumption. After use turn the can upside down and spray a few seconds to clean. Clean the nozzle with warm water if it does not spray evenly. Ingredients: cocoa butter, colour: E129, propellant gas: E943a, E943b, E944. E129: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. May contain traces of: soy, milk, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (E220-E228) at concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l, expressed as SO2.
