Always use two sheets of parchment paper under the pastry ring, one in the size of the cake so that it is easy to remove it from the ring. Size: 13 till 31 cm in dia and 7 cm high. Not dishwasher safe. The baking frame is made of stainless steel. Max. oven temperature 230°C.
