Make a real French éclair with this silicone mould from Silikomart. In this pop éclair kit there are 2 moulds, one for making the éclair and the other one for making the topping. Make a traditional éclair or use your imagination and try to make a frozen éclair. The kit is developed together with Cecilia Fahlström, a popular Danish food blogger. The Silikomart mould is suitable for the oven, refrigerator and blast chiller. It can resist temperatures from -60°C up to 230°C. The mould is washable in the dishwasher. Volume: 840 ml.
