Microperforated silicone mat with fiberglass core perfect for baking éclair and cream puffs. Thanks to its holes, heat spreads evenly throughout mats’ surface guaranteeing a perfect baking.
This mat from Silikomart is suitable for the oven, refrigerator, blast chiller and dishwasher. The mould is suitable for temperature from -60°C (-76°F) up to +230°C (+446°F).
Éclair: 12 x 2,5 mm.
Choux: small 3 mm in dia and regular 5 mm in dia.
Size mat: 30 x 40 cm.
