The Sugarflair paste colour white is the perfect white colour to colour your marzipan and fondant. White colourings without titanium dioxide take the yellow edge away, they will help brighten sugar paste and will help in reducing the yellow tinge in buttercream and chocolate. Instructions: colour in small amount by applying the paste with a clean cocktail stick or something like it, then knead well until the marzipan/fondant is fully coloured.
