Product descriptionGive your fondant or marzipan a new colour with the Sugarflair Maximum Concentrated Paste Colours. The colouring gives fondant and marzipan a rich colour with a small amount of food colouring.
White colourings without titanium dioxide take the yellow edge away, they will help brighten sugar paste and will help in reducing the yellow tinge in buttercream and chocolate.
Instructions: colour in small amounts by applying the paste with a clean cocktail stick or something like it. The knead well until the marzipan/fondant is fully coloured. Add more paste for a richer colour.
Suitable for all water-based foods.
